Examples of the various techniques learned through the KMAA program include, stances; blocks; strikes and punches; kicks; jump kicks; spinning techniques; basic self-defense; one-step sparring; WTF formations; and four-way attack defense. Additional programs include Hapkido, Presidential Physical Fitness, and the Superfoot System of Kickboxing.
